Taxes
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
During the payment process, our system will calculate taxes according to
- delivery address
- customer with or without (valid) VAT number.
These are the tax rules:
Extra-EU shipments
This applies to: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian value added tax, so taxes are never charged.
However, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which will be determined when the parcel reaches the destination country. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel, who will pay these charges to the shipping service or competent authorities.
Shipping to EU Countries
This applies to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
There are 2 cases:
- customers without a VAT number: we have to charge Italian taxes (+22%).
- customers with a (valid) VAT number: no tax will be charged.
The VAT number will be verified automatically by VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
Always remember to enter the VAT prefix (first two characters - international prefix).
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are sent by express courier with a tracking number.
Special attention is paid to the protection of objects, the boxes are large and your items are well protected.
The shipping cost will be listed in your Shopping Cart after login and will be added to the total cost of your order in the Checkout screen.
The e-Station Store is only able to calculate the correct shipping cost once you have provided the delivery address.
In order to offer you the best possible experience, we recommend that you register a free account with your delivery details so that you can see the correct shipping costs immediately.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Orders exceeding € 500.00 (excluding VAT)
e-Station offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over EUR 500.00 (excluding VAT).
The cost of shipping will be automatically deducted at the time of payment for all eligible orders.
