Data is collected for the purpose of providing the product, service or feedback requested with this functionality (e.g. reports, requests for information or assistance, thanks, arranging appointments, complaints or contacts) and to generally fulfil legal obligations.

The legal and optional bases used for processing Your Data, according to the purposes indicated in the paragraph above, are the following: a) Feedback and Provision of Services: processing for these purposes is based on the need to provide the customer with feedback or a Service. Providing your Personal Data to E-STATION for these purposes is not compulsory, but otherwise it will not be possible to provide you with any Service or Feedback. b) Compliance: processing for this purpose is based on E-STATION's need to fulfil any legal obligations.

Personal data are processed by manual, computerised and telematic means, protected by appropriate and up-to-date security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the data.

Until when do you process my data?
The cessation of processing will occur when the above-mentioned purposes no longer apply. This will take place by deletion of your data from our database.

How do my data circulate?
The data you provide may be communicated to "third parties" in order to carry out the necessary activities related to your request and to comply with related legislative and/or regulatory obligations. The list of third parties (Data Controllers and Processors) to whom E-STATION communicates your data is available by writing to info@e-station.it.

You have the right to request from E-STATION, at any time: > access to your Personal Data (or a copy of your Personal Data), as well as further information on the processing of your Personal Data; > the rectification or updating of your Personal Data processed by E-STATION, if incomplete or outdated; > the deletion of your Personal Data from E-STATION's databases; > the restriction of E-STATION's processing of your Personal Data; > to obtain your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In any case, you always have the right to contact the competent Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Authority).
