All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full return policy carefully.
Products must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products must be brand new.
Returned products must have all original labels attached and be in their original packaging.
14-day return policy
For the first 14 days after purchase you can return the goods for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Returned or exchanged products must be in like-new condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets.

Items that qualify for free shipping that are returned will have our standard shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.
The return shipping cost (the cost of sending an item back to us) is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: If you are outside the EU, mark the item as 'SUPPLIER RETURN' to avoid duties and customs.
How will my money be refunded?
Note: this online shop operates from the European Union and as such, all transactions are made in Euros. If you live outside the Eurozone, the Euro value of the product will be converted to your currency on the day the refund is processed.
(1) Returned products that were originally paid for using a credit card or via PayPal will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account.
(2) Returned products that have been paid for by bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer upon provision of the following necessary bank details to our customer service team IBAN and account holder information.
When will the refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse.
Note: If you paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your statement.
There is a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase (or longer, if specified in the product data sheet).
The customer must send an RMA form and obtain an RMA number before returning the product.
If the product is found not to be defective or damaged by human error, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return to e-Station and the return.
If defective, e-Station will return, at our expense, a new replacement product or repair the defective product.
The warranty for the replacement item continues from the date of original purchase.
The two-year warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear and tear.
