Cable for charging electric cars according to Mode 3 of the International Standard IEC 61851-1; this cable is used to connect a Type 2 electric car to a Type 2 charging station.
The cable is equipped at one end with a Type 2 female connector (VDE-AR-E 2623-2-2 - Mennekes) to be plugged into the vehicle's charging connector.
At the other end is the male connector Type 2 (VDE-AR-E 2623-2-2 Mennekes) to be plugged into the charging station socket.
The maximum power of this charging cable for electric cars is 3.7 kW single-phase (16A 230V).
The cable is available in two lengths: 5 and 8 metres.
