Welcome to the official online shop of e-Station.

In these pages, you can find the official products of e-Station, view them up close, review their features and select to ship them directly to your doorstep.

We have created this virtual space to allow you to indulge in the pleasurable experience of point-and-click shopping consistent with our values.

Placing an order

On our home page and menus, you will find links to products and their respective categories.
In addition, you will find explanations on placing your order, the various payment methods that you can use to shop, the shipping methods of your merchandise, as well as instructions as to how you can eventually exchange or refund your order.

During the completion of your order, you will be requested to input personal information necessary for the shipping of your products. You will also be asked to register with e-Station Store by inputting your email and by selecting a password to enable future access to your cart.
Your personal information will be treated in strict accordance with current legislation and norms.
e-Station Store may not process orders placed by customers who do not accept the treatment of their personal information by e-Station S.r.l..

No credit card data will be retained or registered by e-Station S.r.l.

Copyright and trademarks

The design of this online shop and all the material contained within (for purely illustrative purposes: the trademarks, the logos, the HTML code, the scripts, the texts, the creative design, the images) are an integral part of e-Station Store and are protected by Copyright.

Any unauthorized use of this content, including the copying, the inclusion of and the association with content not originating within this website is not permitted and will prosecuted by the utmost legal means.


All prices are tax excluded.

During checkout process, our system will calculate taxes based on:
- delivery address
- customer with or without (valid) VAT number

These are taxes rules:

Delivery outside EU

This applies to: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax, so taxes are never charged.
However, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties that will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the shipping service or to the proper governing authorities.

Delivery to EU countries

This applies to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

There are 2 cases:

- customers without VAT number: we have to charge italian taxes (+22%).

- customers with (valid) VAT number: taxes will not be charged.

The VAT number will be automatically verified by VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
Always remember to include the VAT prefix (the first two characters - country code).


Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking number.

Special care is taken to protect objects, boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart after log-in and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.

e-Station Store is able to correctly calculate the cost of shipping only after you provided your delivery address.
In order to provide the best possible experience, we recommend that you register a free account with your delivery informations, so you will be able to view immediately the right costs of shipping.

Shipping costs are as follow:

Orders over EUR 500,- (VAT excl.)

e-Station offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over EUR 500,- (VAT excl.).

The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.

Orders and Payment

e-Station Store accepts payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

You may select from these payment methods at the end of the order process.
All types of payment will be remitted to e-Station S.r.l., who manages the online sales operations of e-Station Store.

Please note:
This online store operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro.
If you are paying using another currency, the currency conversion will be based on that day's exchange rate.
There is no extra cost for currency conversion.


PayPal permits any company or individual consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner.

Clicking the "Pay with Paypal" link will take you to PayPal's secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account, you can simply proceed to authorize your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for free and securely enter your credit card information (prepaid cards are also accepted).
You will then be able to send order payments to e-Station S.r.l. with the simple click of your mouse.

You can also use your current bank account to apply funds to your PayPal account, from which you can subsequently make payments.

The usage of PayPal as an online payment tool is free.

Credit Card

You can pay at e-Station Store using credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro.

In order to use your credit card, you should select PayPal at the end of the order process and access our secure payment gateway. You should select that you do not have a PayPal account and securely enter your credit card information (prepaid cards are also accepted).

The payment occurs over a secure server (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption key. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection.

No individual within e-Station S.r.l. or over the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment of purchase or at any time.

The total amount spent will be debited from your account immediately and the e-Station Store Customer Service team will process the order.

Bank Transfer

You have the option of paying for your purchases using a Bank Transfer.

To make a Bank Transfer, please follow these steps:

Step One:
Select Pay by Bank Transfer.

Step Two:
Take note of the on-screen instructions for completing the payment. You will be given our IBAN and BIC/SWIFT bank details.

Step Three:
Contact your bank and arrange payment to the bank account given.

IMPORTANT: Ensure to include the "payment reference number" in the description or reference field of your bank's specific transfer form.

Your order will be processed once payment has been received. This usually takes an average of 3 business days.

Return Policy

We believe that in order to have the best possible experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy self-service return process.

All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in brand new condition.
Returned products must have all the origianl labels attached and be in their original packaging.

14 Days Return Policy

For the first 14 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

IMPORTANT: If you are outside EU, please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.

How will the money be refunded?
Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Euro zone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed.

(1) Returned products that were originally paid for using a credit card or via PayPal will be refunded to the original credit card or original PayPal account.

(2) Returned products that were paid for via bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer upon your communication of the following necessary bank information to our Customer Care Team: IBAN and account holder information.

When will the refund be processed?
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse.
Please note: If you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement.


There is a two years manufacturer’s warranty from date of original purchase date.

2 Years Warranty

Customer must submit an RMA form and obtain an RMA number before shipping product back.

If product tests non-defective or damaged by human error then customer is responsible for all shipping costs for return to e-Station Store and back.

If defective, e-Station Store will return, at our cost, a replacement new product.
Warranty for the replacement item continues from the original date of purchase.

The two years warranty does not cover Abuse or Normal wear.
